Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine sausage, cheese, and baking mix in a large bowl.
Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Scoop or pinch off 1 Tbsp. portions and roll into small, evenly formed balls.
Place sausage balls on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 – 25 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
