Ms. Helen’s Breakfast Casserole | A classic Holiday Breakfast

Preheat oven to 425°.

Cook Swaggerty’s Farm sausage in a skillet on medium-high heat until fully cooked and browned. Drain and set aside.

In a prepared 13×9-inch baking dish, unroll and firmly press crescent roll dough, pressing seams together to seal. Evenly spread sausage and cheese over the crescent dough. 

In a medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together. Pour egg mixture on top of sausage and cheese.

Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until eggs are set and casserole is golden and bubbly.

Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
