We’re looking for dependable employees who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team. Food manufacturing experience is a plus, but you don’t need previous food manufacturing experience to join us. We’ll provide the training you need to be successful.
Our production team plays an important role in making the sausage products our customers have enjoyed for generations. Positions are available in various areas of production.

What You’ll Do and Can Expect:
- Work in either our harvest or production facility producing our premium quality sausage products.
- Wear personal protective gear and follow food safety and work safety rules to keep our employees and product safe.
- This is a hands-on food manufacturing positions requiring employees to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment where you may stand for extended periods of time performing repetitive movement with your hands and arms.
- Repeatedly lift, move and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Work in hot, cold, damp and wet environments with temperatures ranging from 40 to 80 degrees.
- Work around elevated noise levels which may require you to wear hearing protection.
Schedule & Pay
First Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Second Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must successfully complete required employment screening, including drug screening and employment authorization verification.
