Fry sausage, drain, and allow to cool.
Mix sausage, cheese, and corn meal mix. Stir in milk.
Divide evenly into twelve muffin cups which have been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
