Sausage and Turkey Casserole
- Fry sausage and onion and drain.
- Stir in remaining ingredients (except cheese) and turn into a 9:X13” casserole sprayed with cooking oil spray.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven about 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Sprinkle cheese over top and return to oven for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and starts to brown.

1 cup onion
3 to 4 cups leftover turkey, cubed
1 cup celery
1 can each, cream of celery and cream of mushroom soup
3 to 4 cups leftover cooked rice or 8 oz cooked small pasta
1 cup cheddar or parmesan cheese, grated
