Aunt Mayme’s Sausage Potato Scramble

  1. Scramble the sausage in a very warm skillet with onion until thoroughly cooked but not browned.
  2. 2. Add potatoes and seasoning.
  3. Stir well and heat well.
  4. Add evaporated milk and allow to cook to a gravy-like consistency.

To Serve

Sever warm, topped with an egg and season with salt and pepper to taste
