- 3/4 lb Swaggerty’s Sausage
- 2 generous c. self-rising flour
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- ¼ tsp salt (I felt like the dough could have used salt)
- 3/4 c. milk

| Preparation: |
- Fry sausage, breaking up into small pieces, until browned. Drain.
- Mix flour, oil, salt and enough milk to make a soft dough. On a floured board, knead dough and roll into a 10" rectangle.
- Spread sausage over dough, leaving about 1" on each side and roll into jellyroll fashion. Seal the sides and cut roll into 1/2" slices.
- Place on a baking sheet with cut side down and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
