Sausage Porcupine Meatballs

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Swaggerty’s Sausage
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 3/4 c. or 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 c. wate
Preparation:
  1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients except soup and water. Form into small balls and place in a covered casserole dish.
  2. Mix tomato soup and water and pour over meatballs.
  3. Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for one hour
