| Sausage Porcupine Meatballs |

| Ingredients: |
- 1 lb Swaggerty’s Sausage
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 3/4 c. or 1 c. uncooked rice
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 c. wate

| Preparation: |
- Thoroughly mix all ingredients except soup and water. Form into small balls and place in a covered casserole dish.
- Mix tomato soup and water and pour over meatballs.
- Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for one hour
