• 1 lb. Swaggerty’s Sausage
• 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
• 3 c. buttermilk baking mix
• 1 c. roasted peanuts, chopped
• ½ c. water (added to help hold all ingredients together)
  

1. Mix all ingredients together and shape into 1” balls.
2. Bake on cookie sheet for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
