• 1 lb Swaggerty’s Sausage
• 1/2 c. bar-b-que sauce
• 1 tbsp chopped onion or 1tsp dried onion
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 can biscuits (12)
• 3/4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
  

1. Cook sausage until browned and drain.
2. Mix bar-b-que sauce, onion, and brown sugar into sausage.
3. Press a biscuit into each of 12 muffin cups, pressing up sides to make a crust.
4. Spoon sausage mixture into each cup and sprinkle with cheese.
5. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until browned.
